Display: The Offering Purchase report shows you all the offerings that have been purchased in Readiness by your end users. For your convenience your billing account number is a part of this report, if the end user entered it in during registration. DomainMessageId: | Populated when the event name is not “clicked”; this value is used only as an identifier. |
EmailCreatedDate: | The date and time the email was created and sent. If that information is unavailable (NULL) a click event is recorded. |
WebhookTimestamp: | The date and time when the recipient mail server has responded (back to Readiness), or when no response was received. |
WebhookEventCode: | This is a mail system response code, for a click event this field will be empty (NULL). |
WebhookEventName: | The name of an email system action or event; e.g., clicked, open, bounced, denied, delivered, dropped, etc. |
EmailMessageHeaders: | These are WebHook message headers, they’re used for troubleshooting purposes (they will be “NULL” for click events). |
SendingErrorMessage: | This message is only displayed when there is an error, otherwise the value will be “NULL”. |
EmailSubject: | The subject of email sent; this value will help you determine what email the log entry is for, and will be “NULL” for click events only. |
ClickedURL: | The URL (or link) that was clicked, this is only populated for clicked events. |
ClientBrowserType: | What type of web browser the client’s using, e.g., “Internet Explorer”, “Chrome”, “Firefox”, or “NULL”. |
ClientDeviceType: | The type of device used to click on the link, e.g., “desktop”, “mobile”, “tablet”, “other”, or “NULL”. |
ClientCity: | The name of the city the event came from, or “NULL” if unavailable. |
ClientRegionState: | The two-letter or two-digit region code or “NULL” if unavailable. |
ClientCountry: | The two-letter country code (as specified by ISO3166) the event came from or “NULL” if unavailable. |
Useful Tips:
Display: The on screen reports shows you basic information on all end users that have successfully earned the Readiness Certification of Completion where the certificate of completion has not expired. To view more detailed and historical information on certification of completions export the report using the orange or green export buttons in the upper right hand side of the report. Users are required to recertify annually to maintain their Readiness Certificate of Completion. The exported reports will allow you to view all current and historical certification of completion records.

Display: Use the drop down to select answer to a specific question. First select a Questionnaire then a Section and then a Question. Once you have made your selections the report will load on screen. Use: Your sponsor provides various assessments for different regions. Please select the appropriate assessment for your region from the selector below. If you need to change or update this for any reason, please visit our help center in the menu and submit a ticket.

Display: This graph depicts the activity of your end users. The graph shows you 30 days of user activity by questionnaire and action step activity.
Use: To view the daily number of users that had activity in questionnaires or action steps, place your cursor over a point in the graph.
Display: This map depicts the location of Readiness users across all partners by zip code.
Use: To zoom in or out on the map, use the '+' and '-' buttons on the bottom right side. To scroll around the map, simply 'click and hold' your mouse on the map and move it in any direction. To view the user count in an area, move your mouse over the marker.
Display: This graph depicts your total number of Readiness users that have completed their registration over the last 6 month period.
Use: To view the number of users, use your mouse to hover the cursor over a bar on the graph.
Display: This graph depicts the total number of Readiness users that have completed their assessment and are ID Stay Safe certified over the past 6 month period.
Use: To view the exact number of users who have received their certification of completion use your mouse to hover the cursor over a bar on the graph.
Display: This graph provides you with the statistics on how end users answered your custom questions.
Did not Answershows you the percentage of users that chose to not answer your custom questions.
Leads Generatedshows you the percentage of users that answered your custom question and triggered a remediation task therefore generating a potential lead.
Answered No Leadshows you the percentage of users that answered your custom question and did not trigger a remediation task, indicating that there was not action for them to do, such as contact you for an additional service or product.
Use: To view the exact percentages use your mouse to hover your cursor over a section of the chart.
Display: In the resource library, you will find all the available resources available for your region. Some of these are offered for free and others for a nominal price. If you have purchased an item once, you will find the icon in the Get Resource column changed to a download icon.
Use: Click on the icon in the Get Resource column to either download the item or add it to your shopping cart.
